In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Belgian law (30 July 2018), we inform you that we keep your email address, your login, the start and end dates of the license, as well as your password (which is stored in such a way that it is not possible for us to know it). This data is used only to allow you to log in to the application, to remind you of the next expiry date of your license and, if necessary, to exchange with you about technical problems. No other use will be made of this data. This information will never be transmitted to third parties. You have the right to delete this personal data at any time upon request; please note that you will no longer be able to log in to the application following this deletion.
The queries you make in the application are not linked to your login. It is therefore impossible for us to know who made which query. Moreover, the queries made by different users are mixed. We keep records of these queries for debugging and optimization purposes only. No other use will be made of these queries.
